This question must be repeated throughout this tribunal if it means being continuously reframed, "Where is the evidence of deceased and missing children, including their names and relatives?" Or "We cannot proceed without documented evidence, including names of ALL the deceased and documentation of every known abuse!" The next question must be, "Millions of taxpayers money has gone into these reports and other public tribunals, yet within ALL of your reports there is NO actual physical evidence proving these allegations, without it they're just stories, provide the names, dates, death certificates, registers etc., for without it there is no case." As for this article, excellent work Ms. Green, you've provided your evidence, disregard any negative comments on how you've presented it, you did the work that didn't.

A real court does not place symbols that favour the prosecution and will cause jury bias in the courtroom before the sessions have even begun. A real court has two sides, prosecution and defence, not just prosecution. That sort of setup was a hallmark of Stalin's show trials. Luckily the court has no power to follow through on its pre determined verdict, as in Stalin's Russia.
Kimberley Murray was the first to testify this week. There are no witnesses for the defence. Nina Green has done a great job here though.

What we’re seeing is the compounded grief of lost family members, lost relationships, misspent youths, and a thousand other personal tragedies over the decades re-emerging in a commiserative, fictional form as the products of the residential schools and colonialism. Some of the people suffering from this delusion are not mentally stable enough (or cognitively sound enough) to see what’s going on, and I hold no grudge against those poor folks. They’ve been offered a way to turn their deceased loved ones into tragic heroes and heroines, their negligent and/or abusive parents into blameless victims. They’re even able to heroize themselves, suddenly getting attention, deference and sympathy for their many sorrows, and absolution for their personal failings. Their trauma is real, and they’d like to believe all this public grieving is somehow helping — while the despairing younger generation continues to die from violence and addiction.
No, I hold no ill feeling towards those individuals; I wish someone could get through to them that real “healing” means moving on from grief and disappointment, not amplifying it, ruminating on it, and making it the core of one’s identity.
As for people like Kimberly Murray? No sympathy whatsoever. She’s a narcissistic manipulator who is riding her own personal losses to the rescue and pretending she’s an ally to a suffering Indigenous population, because it amplifies her own importance. Another major issue in this situation that has either been overlooked or denied is the role the WEF and UN have played in this. There is no doubt that Trudeau was 'groomed' by the latter organizations with the intent to exacerbate this issue by purposefully igniting further divisions between the First Nations culture and many Canadians due to his dramatic photo op that appeared worldwide painting Canada in a horrifically bad light. The abject failure in all of this is that without truth there can never be any reconciliation that will unite this country. This has been orchestrated by the WEF and UN. They are using the FN culture to destabilize Canada in their quest for world domination and yet this is unseen by many, yet it has been their modus operandi among other schemes they've cooked up. Think about it!
