The defence was an empty chair, no witnesses were cross examined and there was no defence lawyer or defence presentation. It was a show trial, in every sense of the word.

BUT THEY SHRVIVED AND DID JUST FINE. IT WAS THEIR STUBBORNEST, AND HATE OF THE "WHITE: MAN and it still is that makes them think we are out to destroy them!!!. All we did was move to a land we knew nothing about to find a new and peaceful life. But still 150 years later these FIRST NATIONS PEOPLE WANT REVENGE and all they really want is MONEY, MONEY, MONEY. NOW ITS THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR BILL. . And I think it's time for our Goverment to tear up those Treaties signed 160 years ago. And call them null and Void . Since we do not Honour the King or Crown as our governoring body anymore those treaties or contracts with KING GEORGE SHOULD BE BURNED ! NO MORE EXCUSES!
