Great article. This case needs to be appealed. The Judge did a lousy job and in future, cases like this should have Judges that specialize in historical records.
Perhaps the start of that should be a tax on the fees of lawyers who extract wealth from the government. 95+% of any fees collected over $100,000 go back to Canada and must be spent on reducing the public debt.
