Trump America will emphasize meritocracy, and create an economy that rewards hard work. Canada is raising taxes and remains mired in affirmative action, DEI muck. How many talented Canadians will move south to take advantage of better opportunities? We had better wake up

A good article. The degree of social engineering in Canada is enormous. To look at advertising on our M S Media you would think that white people are the minority. Similarly, the projection of Indigenous faces along with their land acknowledgement claims would lead one to believe they were in the majority. The distribution of funds tells the same distorted story. Canada is threatened by false leadership. The upcoming election will be critical.

Meritocracy be Dammed, Not any longer DEI must DIE

Like sheep to slaughter Trudeau and the Liberal/NDP Coalition has allowed our country to fall off the cliff of culture chaos and abandonment. Allowing Anti-Semitism to flourish on the grounds of our universities breaking all Human Rights for Jewish Students, without being challenged or disciplined. Allowing millions of poorly vetted immigrants, Marxist ideologies, cultural changes, indoctrination promoted by so called Social Justice Warriors, promoting LGBTQ… throughout our government and our military at the highest levels of command.

DEI promoting the most incompetent people due to race, colour and ethnicity rather than meritocracy. While labelling Old White Stock Canadians as genocidal dividing our country like never seen before in the history of any Canadian Government.

Our National Defense has lost credibility on the World Stage being underfunded for the past eight years! Trudeau has embarrassed us, as PM on so many occasions losing count but as recently at a BBQ in Toronto dancing like a clown after losing one of the longest Liberal strongholds.

Imagine if you will, Trudeau will be president of the G7 Conference next year here in Canada. Is he responsible enough to carry out this duty as PM or should we be prepared to be embarrassed once again?

Hasn’t Canada been made the fool long enough? Wake up people!

I for one, want the most qualified doctors, police officers, firemen & women, nurses, professors, politicians and teachers to lead the way for our future generations not DEI or under qualified so called professionals to guard our country! What about you? Remember silence is complicity!

Time to vote our embarrassment out of Parliament!

ABG, you have painted a perfect picture of Canada today. This whole woke nightmare fails to properly evaluate the true nature of the human species. One fundamental we should never forget, "Work is man's only form of sanity." It is the foundation of every successful human society.

This article is triumphant. My favourite part:

“For the past decade, DEI policies have proven to be a discriminatory tool that has fostered inequality and disunity. It has advanced the bloated expansion of human resources empires with questionable benefits to our education programs and has undermined the effectiveness of federal government operational capabilities. DEI programs are based upon dubious science that actually foster exclusionary outcomes and promote a sense of Canada counter to our beliefs as outlined in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and counter to our actual demographics.”

The Charter goes on to say: 15 (2) Subsection (1) does not preclude any law, program or activity that has as its object the amelioration of conditions of disadvantaged individuals or groups including those that are disadvantaged because of race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability. This subsection ensures that equal outcomes, not equal opportunity, form the basis of policy in all Canadian institutions.

DEI - Discrimination, Exclusion, Inequality, spelled correctly as DIE, as we watch the death of competency, democracy, safety, fairness, freedoms, and historical Canadian cultural values like Christmas.

It should be based upon need, and merit alone.
