From a CBC report, October 30th "Indigenous leaders praise report on Canada's 'disappeared' residential school children"

Justice Minister Arif Virani received the report in person but said he wouldn't make any promises until he had thoroughly reviewed it, though he did offer his personal response as a parent.

"You can't hear stories about children," Virani told reporters, his voice seeming to catch with emotion, "about people being abused, young girls being impregnated and then their babies being taken away and incinerated, and not have a response."

My personal thought is that all these stories, many of which describe heinous crimes, must be investigated impartially and forensically. For example, some of these young girls must be alive today to tell about their experiences. They must have names. Someone must know of a particular person who had the experience of being impregnated by a Priest and having her baby taken away. I really wonder why this hasn't happened yet. Nina Green has investigated the truth behind the movie "Sugar Cane" for example, which could be used as evidence of what exactly happened.

Virani is right about one thing. These are just stories !!!!

And that correct response should be incredulity and then anger at the propagation of lies by the native tribes and socialist media!

I was told yesterday that the 2nd check for over $100,000 was just handed out to every injun in Canada I think it was for $175,000 you can bet yer behind that will go up their nose or on booze & fancy new pickup trucks. I live near a reserve and can tell you every native I see at Walmart & the Dollar store in Port Elgin are driving brand new vehicles. Nice eh? courtesy of the tax payer, we all know who the taxpayers are dont we, those are the middle class people who work for a living but cant afford a home and rely on the foodbank.

Since the publication of your article, Nina, there have been some very serious and important updates that your readers should be aware of. Apparently, Kimberley Murray, not satisfied with the tardy response of the International Criminal Court of Justice, has gone full Monty and has sought the intervention of a higher authority namely the, "International Common Law Court of Justice and International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State". Beverly Jacobs and Mark Kersten have now been relegated to the status of crisis actors in what has escalated to a block buster performance in the Theatre of the Absurd. Under the authority of Kevin Annette, the highly regarded fiction author of "Murder by Decree", arrest warrants have been issued for Arif Virani, Crime Minister Justin Trudeau, Pope Francis, Chrystia Freeland, Patty Hajdu, Marc Miller and sadly, former PM John Chretien. When asked to comment, Mr. Chretien offered a one word response. "Tabarnac"! It is clear that Murray means business and along with her legal advisor, Kevin Annette, it is only a matter of time before Canada and the Catholic Church receive the justice they deserve for attempting to elevate a stone age culture to the benefits of modern society. The shame is almost unbearable. I think it is time for all of us to light the sacred fire and initiate a smudging ceremony.

As for Murray, Jacobs, Kersten and Canada's other Fifth Columnists, I give the last word to an iconic and patriotic Canadian, Stompin Tom Connors, " if you don't believe your country should come before yourself, you might better serve your country by living "SOMEWHERE ELSE".

"Only a natural person, that is, an individual living human being, can be prosecuted." Um, right, and presumably only a natural person who is actually accused of committing a specifiable "crime against humanity." I'm pretty sure the ICC doesn't provide for prosecuting literal human scapegoats (innocent natural persons who are arbitrarily assigned to bear the sins of the unidentified/unidentifiable guilty ones). And doesn't the same apply in Canadian criminal law: only a natural person can be charged with murder, assault, 'hate' speech, etc.?

Very interesting article, I know little of the workings of this Report. But I am confused by two of the sentences in the above article: "Kersten explained that the first step...is to prove that there was an enforced disappearance, i.e., the children at residential schools were deprived of their liberty by force. Kersten disposed of that first step as though it were a slam dunk." It is not clear to me if Kersten merely dismissed or ignored this key point, or addressed it in some way?
