Right on the money, it is all a textbook case of gaslighting the sane people by the insane. The insane being the legacy media, the school boards in the case of the Oakville 'teacher' and the Trudeau minions and the legacy media, which turned many who probably had a neutral view of the Convoy into having a negative view by the way they were portrayed and gaslighted by mainstream media, who have no shame in what they did, and would do it again if the opportunity presents. Disgusting and sickening.

Public discourse has collapsed into a bizarre Alice through the Looking Glass narrative where the characters have come out of their netherworld behind the mirror of narcissistic reflection, then colonized and taken over what used to be the real one.

In my own essay below, which I wrote now some time ago, I referred to Kafka as a motif of this irrational world, but Kafka had no insight to the extent of the madness that could beset us, and now does.

What the essay does still do, in considerable detail, is analyze how we got there in the near term.

But the real damage was done before the trans-fetishism came on the scene, when in 2017, we here in Australia got 'marriage equality', where the LGBwhateverf****it lobbies creamed what was left of traditional opposition to homosexual marriage, in a final push that been prepared for over decades. The essay is a debrief on how it was put together.

It is astonishing that the same people who think they would have supported black Americans' fights for civil rights are so utterly disdainful of modern-day fights for rights, like the truckers. The government arbitrarily and cruelly decided to oppress people for exercising one of the most basic and previously-unquestioned rights, simple medical choice. My decision about whether to be covid-vaccinated or not had nothing to do with the government, or anyone else. Yet they decided to break out the full force of the law in a million nasty and evil ways to try to force us and were engaging in increasingly frightening rhetoric. The truckers are modern-day heroes, and history will view them as such. Not so much the horrid "good German" Canadians who never question what the government tells them and are completely fine with their fellow citizens' rights being taken away.

I don't have a dog in the trans/gender identity fight, but it's part of the same deal and my utmost sympathy is with parents dealing with what you rightly point out is an abusive relationship of power.

The school board should have dealt with this in a common sense manner, suspending the teacher immediately, but they were apparently hamstrung by current human rights legislation. Students have a dress code, I doubt if a female student would be allowed to dress like that, but given the precedent, there's not much stopping any kind of garb, if its justified in the name of trans or non binary rights. I would seriously consider sending my child to private school, or homeschooling.

Absolutely, those are the only real choices open to sane parents these days. It's truly egregious that so many parents can't afford to do that. I wonder how many parents aren't even aware of the indoctrination going on in schools, especially recent immigrant parents who may not speak much English; how many are aware but don't care; and how many are actually on board with it.

I read somewhere that the Oakville teacher is actually gender-critical, and dressing the way he does as a satire of the manifest absurdity of trans ideology.

The case of the sexually uncontrolled teacher in Oakville was buried by the legacy media for a long time, and still gets little play. Devotion to woke ideology trumps common sense once again.
