This reads like catechisms of a religious text because that's what it is in effect. The New Puritans (excellent book by Andrew Doyle) have decided they have to save everyone's souls with their woke gospel. They must be stopped before the next generations are hopelessly brainwashed. This is not a drill! Best allies are likely to be immigrant or first gen parents who don't buy the neo Marxist crap and highlight the hypocrisy and patronizing sanctimony of the (mostly white) progressive saviors. Their made up categories of "white" versus "bipoc" are fictions meant to divide. We can't let them win.
For decades the immutable birth qualities of pallor and maleness have been demerits in the application process. Wokeism has only accentuated the neo-racism. This stokes racial division not harmony. Canada has fallen into a rabbit hole. Trudeau may get himself elected again, but he is increasingly detested by those who subscribe to the principle of equality of opportunity. Race obsession is a disorder of the mind.
It's abhorrent that any political ideology be proposed as a criteria for employment but unfortunately, one that is based on race is not unique. Educators should be able to find historical precedents of this kind of racially-fuelled policy, by looking at Nazi Germany's purge of undesirables and the implementation of Ayrian-based education. I must agree with the teachers in the cities that racism is rampant and i give this example, as a white person just try walking into any projects in the Jane Finch area and you will find out very quickly what hate is. That is if you survive.
But if the school boards are so squeaky clean so to speak then why is it that all notepaper is white and why only use white chalk why do principles V.P,s & most teachers wear only white shirts and while at it take a look in the parking lots just look at all the white cars & vans etc, they even use white-out to cover their mistakes.
The Woke are sounding ever more like the Taliban and Iranian theocracies that are run by the religious elect who know on behalf of all of us what we need to purify ourselves in the eyes of the Wokiest virtue signalers and their seminarian (once universities) acolytes, who will never tolerate sins of either omission or commission or willful concealment of guilt.
We need to go back past the cultural revolution in China back to the Reformation 500 years ago to find doctrine that is based on justification by faith alone, because reason no longer matters.
