Unfortunately Canada has become like Iran the crazies have taken over the asylum I would never have dreamed how so many white Canadians have become anti-Semitic almost overnight. "Let me be clear" Mark Carney is not a friend to Israel or the Jewish people.

I use that phrase because it has become a very popular one here but if you look at the context in Carney,s statements it is anything but clear.

Small wonder there is a travel warning about coming to Canada as like the U.S. our streets in any city are not only unsafe they are downright dangerous, criminal thugs rule the roost crime is out of control our courts are a shambles and the streets have been taken over by mobs of terrorist Hamas wannabes and their Palestinian Jihadis

Iran is the biggest threat to world peace the nuclear capabilities need to be eradicated along with the hardcore Muslims.

Canada is a non-country implementing globalist policies, part of which is a death cult run by communists. Truth and communism do not mix.

Professor Wael Ramadan of the University of Guelph-Humber can call Jews “filth” but a colleague is removed for calling Hamas a “death cult.”

(Dear woke bureaucrats, is it not a death cult? Did it murder 1200 Israelis to further life?)

Welcome to the Cancelled Club. If it's any consolation, your name will surely be added to the National Association of Scholars list of 'Cancelled Academics.' You get to be with the likes of E.O. Wilson, Jordan Peterson, Lindsay Shepherd and many others. The future will judge you more favorably than the present.

Chin up for now.

Great writing by the way.

Unfortunately morals have no place in politics. If they did October wouldn't have happened. It's a shit show and we ain't in it....until you choose to be. Canadians have to start at home. Fight for the absent freedoms, freedom of speech, freedom of movement, freedom of bodily autonomy, freedom of assembly. We have been taken over. Canada no more.

Get right about what happened in October. It was not what you think it was. I explain some things on this podcast about what is really going on in Palestine.

“Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.” -Voltaire

Thank you professor, for your courage to Morals and Truth. You are not Alone, although just a few, as most are indifferent and follow the mob. When society stops functioning from all the layers of bureaucracy and woke mumbo jumbo, perhaps it will be time to remove all the HR and middle managers who do little to help those doing the work on the ground.

I remember watching a WW2 video, where German civilians viewed several tables outdoors covered with paintings, lampshades, made with human skin and other body parts and shrunken sized human heads preserved in alcohol. While it may have been a forced viewing, what stuck me was the apathy, the calmness of the citizens with families and kids all perusing the Nazi “artwork” on a nice sunny day.

Bad things happen, when good people do not stand up. Today, it seems to me, that governments, education and most other institutions we rely on have stopped doing what they are supposed to do: help their citizens live well, be safe and prosper, and not indoctrinate or spew ideology to divide the masses.

Your story is very familiar to me. I was a school board trustee and for three years underwent a constaint barrage of code of conduct complaints because I said schools should not keep secrets from parents about their own children, for standing against transitioning children. Basically for having opinions contrary to the school board orthodoxy. I too suffered as I think all of us who've undergone these Maoist struggle sessions, just short of a physical beating and imprisonment. You are not alone in this insane, upside down country we live in. They kick you and stomp on you and think they have taken the moral high ground.

The VP recently said that my requests - things such as being heard made her feel unsafe and that she might be forced to hire security. Defamation by victimization. Impressive. It’s strange, I was suspended on Nov 27, 2023 without charges. The same day the VP filed a human rights complaint against me (she’s allowed to be prosecutor and judge) and a month before I was given a copy of the charges, staff and faculty are methodically going student to student in the atrium accusing me of the most outrageous things - and the defamation matches the human rights complaint. So a VP who starts a defamation campaign. They accused me of assaulting a student in a class and said they had evidence, spread to thousands, when I say stop they refused. They admitted it was BS, nobody thought about going to police, they just enjoyed seeing a stellar 13 year academic record destroyed by management created lies in a few weeks. Part of the Abrahamic Covenant (irrevocable) reads: "I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you..." (Genesis 12:2). When I read the PMO Statement where Canada had joined the UK and France in basically denouncing Israel I thought, "Canada is cursed!" 'The Israel Summit' scheduled for this week in Dallas, Texas, was shut down -- they didn't have more than half a million dollars for security for a thousand peaceful supporters of Jewish rights to exist! But they have not given up! They are planning for a much bigger conference -in Texas - later this summer. "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: may they prosper who love you." (Psalm 122:6) Professor Finlayson may you be blessed with a heart of peace in the midst of this horrendous storm. Thank you for standing for truth.

Was anyone else struck, and confused, by the leader of a university referring to university students as “children”? She sees her role as protecting students from words she disagrees with, rather than exposing them to different ideas and trying to arrive at the truth (ie Hamas admits it loves death more than life: a death cult, based on Islamist martyrdom in the cause of jihad). Life is a forever kindergarten under this kind of leadership. Sending our adult children to the indoctrination camps that our universities have become is worse than a waste of money. Our post-secondary education institutions are broken. Fortunately, professors like Finlayson have the courage and integrity to stand up for the truth.

Some professor at UBC are also taking a stand for political neutrality on their campuses. https://nationalpost.com/opinion/why-were-taking-ubc-to-court-over-administrators-political-activity.

If the judges hearing this case were educated when the purpose of a university was still the search for truth, there may yet be hope for a return to freedom of expression and the promotion of inquisitive minds in our institutions of higher education.

It was Wael Ramadan the accuser who said I was a danger to children, he is being investigated by York Police for hate propaganda and has a long track record of anti Semitism. But he’s golden when examined by U of Guelph human rights. I think his “children” comment was him raging and he was just throwing out every imaginable accusation and wanting to come as close to paedophile as he could. But I agree with you, we baby them. St Humber they put a feature on their app called social escape. When students were in awkward conversations they couldn’t “escape” they could push the button and generate a fake phone call. It’s pathetic.

I just re-read the children quote in the article, which attributes the danger to children accusation to the Vice Provost:

It came from the Vice Provost herself: Melanie Spence-Ariemma, who accused me of being a “danger to children.” Let that phrase linger. Not “controversial.” Not “offensive.” A danger to children.

It was stated in the Statement of Allegations against me, which was taken directly from the Claimant and accuser, as well as the original Human Rights complaint. They said "safety risk to children," but as you note, everyone is above 18 at a university, so they are implicitly saying paedo. I don't think my take is unreasonable. Considering the nature of defamation (staff and faculty were informed of all this, and they aggressively and methodically repeated it), it is not surprising that old friends attack me, and that people will not cooperate with me. They have been told horrible things. It makes it almost impossible to mount a defence when you are told that you are not allowed (at threat of police arrest, that was said explicitly) to speak with anyone (a gag order, unlawful, but I don't have $70K to challenge it in court) and then defamation is introduced. The issue is not a lack of rules and procedures; it is that if an organisation refuses to follow its own rules, it goes, 'so sue me, I can't afford it,' not even close. The university has spent about $ 500,000 fighting me, and a lawyer can't help me anyway, as I am unionised. The unions hate Jews and Israel as much as management, one union has openly said they refuse to represent, and the other does almost nothing. Union representation can mitigate institutional abuse, but God help you if you are stuck between a union and management with one attacking you and the other doing the absolute minimum. We don't have a justice system in Canada; we have a flawed legal system that often prioritises the protection of institutions and the super wealthy. I have a solid defamation case against management, but my downside risk is $ 300,000, so the system itself has effectively stated that justice cannot be pursued unless you are insanely wealthy (Jordan Peterson wealthy) or are spending someone else's money. Here is my piece, if you're interested.

“History, it is said, repeats itself—first as tragedy, then as farce. In Canada, it repeats as a committee. The uniforms change—epaulettes traded for HR lanyards, sabres for syllabi—but the choreography remains grimly familiar: a man becomes a lesson, not for what he did, but for whom he dared to stand with.“ Very well said!

It is not antisemitism you are observing; it is communism in action, destroying their opponents. This Palestine cause is a leftist recruitment tool. They will come for us all eventually.

Orwell didn't write to entertain. He wrote to expose. He believed in language as a weapon against tyranny, and he wielded it with purpose. “In a time of deceit,” he said, “telling the truth is a revolutionary act.” That single sentence should be a manifesto for all of us.

What is the meaning of revolutionary act?

Revolutionary act is something which challenges the status quo, by going against the safe path and accepted norms, towards what is right. While truth which is a virtue should have been a virtue practised by all, but its not so.
