Kendi style 'anti-racism' is utter bullshit. It explicitly violates the first human moral rule, that exists in all religions and cultures, that is, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you'. The Golden Rule. Anyone who advises to violate it should be ignored.

Here is a secondary issue. Funding is limited so if one group is given more then which group will it be at the expense of ??? Might that be East Asian or Jewish students ??? If not then who ???
The impact of this ideology is also coming home to roost in the mental health and resiliency of kids. No one wants to be labeled a " privleged oppressor" so kids handicap themselves by pointing to their list of mental illnesses, diagnosis' and "trauma" so they can join in the discussion on "lived experience" and being an outsider. Kids are self diagnosing and engaging in unhealthy cognitive distortions en masse. See the work of social psychologist Jonathan Haight who co wrote "The Coddling of the American Mind" and Jean Twenges book "Generations" for evidence. All of this is inter-reĺated. Being seen as victim is a shield of protection from criticism.
