Cutting to the chase, Canada wants to find examples of racism as badly as a pig wants to root out truffles. The moment a teacher goes to discipline a non-white child, then the anti-racist scolds and charlatans pounce. The non-white troublemaker is exonerated, the teacher punished, and the rest of the kids in the class further victimized by the troublemaker - except in “the most egregious cases of misconduct, and even then, the discipline handed down is usually minimal.” Good teaching is not about sniffing out white racism but developing and preparing children. The oxymoronically labelled “anti-racists” are the scourge of education.

This sounds very familiar. As a trustee wanting to advocate for parents when their children were being bullied or for other issues, I would recieve the same response, "the appropriate steps have been taken". Then I would be told that it is an operations issue which trustees have no control over. So basically, butt out and mind your own business. This are getting worse in many boards.

Every time that I see articles such as this I remind people of the absolute need to home school your children. Lately I have been doing some serious thinking on this issue and have come to the conclusion that if lets say even 10% of parents in any single school board area decided to start a co-op and school their own children with responsible teachers that they could approach their local MP and MPP to have the school funds i.e. our taxes diverted to them which in effect would be the legal percentage of OUR school tax $ paying for your co-op. It may well require a legal court action to get this but ask yourself if it is worth risking your childs life by sending them to these crappy schools.

I am 75 so my kids are grown and even my grandkids are thankfully beyond being teached at these cesspools they call schools today, we noticed the decline of schools and teachers prior to covid and assisted our daughter to teach their 3 young adults simple math and english skills in order to graduate grade 13 properly.

Scary. And very dangerous.

Crumbling infrastructure isn't just about the built environment falling to bits. The same thing happens to social infrastructure. Its governance collapses and chaos ensues.....

There is an end of epoch feel about this.
