James McCrae is masterful and heroic and well placed to challenge the genocide lie. This is the best part of his article for me: “Can anyone imagine what it must feel like to be told by your top leaders that your family’s ancestors lived in a time when “nearly every Indigenous child in Canada” was “forced” to attend a residential school, or that tens of thousands of innocent little children were murdered by priests, nuns, school staff, and who knows who else? These false allegations have been made by TRC chair Murray Sinclair and AFN Grand Chief Archibald, respectively. They have not been qualified, corrected, or withdrawn.”

Apparently the word around the healing lodge is that Murray Sinclair had to undergo rhinoplasty for a severely elongated nose. He was diagnosed by the Medicine Man as suffering from the Pinocchio Syndrome and warned that, "a lie keeps growing and growing until it's as plain as the nose on your face."

Unfortunately the legacy media is only interested in stories that have a touch of sensationalism in them. Wether it’s true or not doesn’t matter, it’s only if the article will sell more papers that matters. I was fortunate to go to an inner city school in Toronto (from wich I survived) where we were taught the truth about Canada’s history. It saddens me to see that almost everything we hear or read is related to bovine excrement and we have to research articles to find the truth. My grade six teacher always told “don’t

I would have to say that cowardice and deception are endemic amongst all of the principles involved with this canard. Murray Sinclair, of course, occupies a position of prominence atop of this manure pile of duplicity, compacted beneath, by an uncritical media and sycophantic politicians. Sinclair won't accept the challenge for the obvious reason he doesn't want exposure as a liar. So until the truth is unearthed in the Kamloops apple orchard, Canadians will have to hold their noses and breath through their mouths to avoid what has become a very obnoxious stench.

“If you want a definition of what a coward is, it’s needing to push a whole class of people down so that you can walk on top of them.”

No Kemosabe. A coward is a guy who knows that a big shot is a crook and who refuses to report that big-shot-crook to the police. Instead he wants him to go on television and criminate himself in front of the entire country --- something no crooked lawyer, nor even a dead honest lawyer, would ever do. You still haven't gone to the police, right? I spoke to 2 of them in June of 2021. They didn't do anything. But I did my bit. When are you going to do your duty as an honest citizen, Kemosabe? When is Pew going to do it? When is Hymie Rubenstein going to do his duty? How about Brian Giesbrecht? All of you people know that Murray Sinclair is a crook. So where are your complaints to the police about him?

Excellent article. I have also been asking for two years how anyone could do something so terrible to indigenous people as Sinclair has done. When I first became aware of him being appointed to the senate, I remember actually smiling and being pleased because I thought he looked wise and kind. It turns out nothing could have been further from the truth. He is simply another example of indigenous “leaders” who enrich themselves on the backs of their own people.

Judge McCrae is right. It is not only the indigenous people who have been traumatized by the lies, but also non-indigenous people, particularly those of us whose ancestors arrived here in the early days, I think.

I have heard the complaint from indigenous women living in substandard housing in the Interior of BC and on Cortes Island that if one is not in the right family you cannot get repairs, etc.. Housing on Cortes Island is particularly scarce for woman trying to retire from working in the city, for example. I know a woman who waited two years to be able to retire home from her job as a housekeeper in a Vancouver hospital. At the same time, a single white woman once married to a chief by the name of Wilson, mother of a famous, activist daughter, was able to have one of those houses for herself.

Patronage is a problem baked into the fabric of indigenous communities, probably all of them, and it was probably always like that. The women’s fearfulness Judge McCrae noted drives the secrecy and hardship of reserve live, allowing some to enrich themselves while most dispair. Don’t be fooled about matrilineal privilege. It did and does very little to improve the lives of all but a very few women.

What "terrible" thing has Sinclair done to indigenous people? He has helped them to obtain something like 7.8 Billion Dollars [5 Billion for the IRSSA; 2 Billion for the Common Experience Payment and 3 Billion for the Independent Assessment; and 2.8 Billion for the Day Scholars Settlement Agreement] from gullible Canadians and their dimwitted politicians --- with a potential for 40 Billion dollars more for the 60's sweep. What more could anyone expect from any crooked lawyer on their side of any law case? Murray Sinclair is a "legal saint"! Even our "Woke Pope" thinks and, more importantly, "SAYS" so. Give the guy a break [he said with his tongue stuck firmly sideways in his cheek].

I wonder how either of the Sinclairs et al would go if confronted by the following suggestion: that if they or anyone else were convicted of a murder solely on the strength of 'knowings' by tribal elders, would that be just and should the conviction be allowed to stand?

McCrae: But Indigenous people are like everyone else. They will embrace the truth, when it is told. As yet, they have not been told the truth.

TO THE CONTRARY: They have told the "truth" and received about 7.8 billion dollars for telling it and have received apologies from religious groups, a Pope, a Prime Minister (or maybe 3) and every political "leader" in Canada --- all 300 and some of those sterling representatives of Canadians. Remember what those native ladies said, and what you said, requote:

McCrae: The women wanted me to use my office to do something about this, to have the RCMP investigate. I asked for names and specifics, so I could refer matters to the proper authorities. The women became uneasy and told me they were afraid of retribution. I reported my meeting to the RCMP but was told that without specific allegations and names, nothing could be done. So, nothing was done. That was 30 years ago; to my knowledge little has changed.

Well something has changed, now. Murray Sinclair and TRC friends, including Kimberly Murray, their Executive Director from 2010 - 2015, received a report on neglected residential school cemeteries from Dr. Scott Hamilton in 2015. On page 15, in the first paragraph, you have the Kamloops CEMETERY named at the bottom of the paragraph. That was "Discovery #1" on May 27, 2021 --- about 6 years after the entire TRC knew it was a cemetery (according to Hamilton's arguable mistake). At the top of the paragraph, Hamilton listed the Cowessess CEMETERY --- "discovered" June 24, 2021 --- known to all of the TRC as a cemetery (no mistake there) 6 years earlier. And about half way down that single paragraph, Hamilton named St. Eugene's CEMETERY at Cranbrook B.C., which was "discovered" on June 30th, 2021 --- again, known to all of the TRC people 6 years earlier.

With the 3rd bogus "discovery" the vandalizations and Church burnings got going full tilt. So, now, Court Reporter McCrae, you have both the names and the crimes to report to the R.C.M.P. The crime is called fabricating evidence, no incitement to commit perjury, contrary to Sect. 137, of the Criminal Code of Canada, in order to promote hatred against the R.C. Church (contrary to 319.(1)(a) of Canada's Criminal Code) and in order to defraud the Canadian public in the "Day Schools" Law Suit (Contrary to Sect. 380. C.C.C.) filed by the Secwepemc, of Kamloops, in Vancouver Federal Court in 2012 and given class action status in 2015. As Roseanne Casimir said in 2019, quote:

"The class action involves 101 bands across Canada, and the TRC has recommended that this file be addressed so we can move towards reconciliation."

https://tkemlups.ca/files/2019/09/2019-Summer-Lexeyem-web-1.pdf (page 11 right hand column).

Thus, the TRC was involved in promoting that 2.8 Billion Dollar "Day Scholars" law suit long before 2019. On page 13 you may see a nice photo of the former Justice Minister and Ms. Casimir together. Raybould instituted a policy of negotiating --- not litigating --- claims by indigenous groups. So cozy.

As a Court Reporter, James, you ought to know that you don't have to go to the police. You may go straight to prosecutors with evidence. You may also go straight into any Court of Law in Manitoba and lay an Information in writing and under oath before a Court Justice, in accordance with Sect. 504. of Canada's Criminal Code and the Justice SHALL [imperative construction of the law] receive that information that you MAY lay before him/her, in accordance with the Rule of Law.

You also MAY, take Kemosabe, James McMurtry, James Pew, Frances Widdowson, Hymie Rubenstein, Brian Giesbrecht and every bitcher and complainer to these "websites" along with you to the R.C.M.P., or to a prosecutor's office, or straight into Court with yourself, when you make your complaint to any of them, or even to all of them, replete with names of all 4 TRC members and their CCC offences, which you and Brian Giesbrecht already know about and of which I have just reminded you. You don't have to feel alone or lonely when you go to the police, the Crown or the Court. Piece of Cake. Just form a demonstration at your local Manitoba Courthouse, Prosecutor's Office or R.C.M.P. Station. Be sure to take Hymie Rubenstein along with you.
