Ironically, because my children are withheld by the other party, aided and abetted by the School Board's complicit and active role in defying court Orders (which they have done in a discriminatory fashion for years), they are in violation of the Charter and Human Rights of both my children and the paternal family and have obfuscated all reasonable request for access and information time and again. This time using the School Act as a defense of deplorable actions! I have written the Ministers in charge a brief summary of my concerns and intend to take further action to mitigate the extreme depravity for both my children, who are my "pride and joy" NOT theirs for indoctrination and posturing - manipulated as pawns for adult cause celebre, and identity politics.
I look forward to exercising our civic right to protest this radical left ideology thrust upon children in the name of pseudo science and religion in our public schools under the auspices of "the woke." I hope more and more Canadians realize what is going on under this government is wrong and that we are the change and are not served by inaction.

Excellent. I believe this little day of action will start as a seed, and grow every year into a huge tree. When more and more parents find out that 'little secrets' are being deliberately hidden from them by school boards, there will be hell to pay. It is utterly outrageous.
It is good that there is resistance. The question becomes why was their resistance and cancelling and punishing those who questioned or provided debate to the original proposals involving DIE. Something that should have invited critical debate, insisted on debate and input from many. Instead there seems to be a new interpretation of Freedom of Expression: not if it is opposed to what is being proposed or if it seem to be hurtful to marginalized communities, punishment or silencing is acceptable. Strangely these attempts at silencing debate/discussion has thrown the ideas into disrepute. Debate is essential, it gives truth a chance to emerge. The Charter (2b) is clear: EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT OF OPINION AND EXPRESSION. I believe trustees and parents and teachers and all advocates for and against new policies would be included in EVERYONE. Its basically an update of Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals. Although originally designed for leftist radicals, its really a playbook for weaker party in an asymmetrical conflict with a much stronger party, all in the civil (not military) realm. Given that the Establishment is now fully captured, if you oppose their policies, using some of the Beautiful Trouble tactics is probably necessary. The main one I follow is to maintain the moral high ground, and remain calm in the face of provocation. BE Ghandi. Billboard Chris' success to date in large measure is due to is Ghandi-like approach.
As a white straight married anglo saxon colonial I support the rights of anyone to disagree and be vocal about it is that not correct? Does that not fit with the Liberal narrative or in Ontario with the head of all schools and boards Mr lecce? or Mr Ford a so called Conservative?
