So Peel has turned into an activist school board. Where is that written in their mandate? And how did everyone but straight, able white students become a victim of "barriers and equity gaps"? I am not sure if females are an "equity-deserving group" anymore--they seem to have slid down the victim scale. Feminism seems to have taken a back seat for educators to other more urgent causes--this has nothing to do with educators' desperate need to appear uber-progressive, of course.

So, I need to understand Mr. Jeff Hall's support here. It seems that he supports Pride. This is the same Pride that allowed naked dirty old men to expose themselves to small kids in Toronto without being charged under the criminal code? Mr. Hall, if you support this Pride action, then you should be nowhere near our kids and should be reported!!

“Which group does the school board not consider “equity-deserving?” – I know! I know! Ask me! My hand is up! Ask me!

How did Chanel learn that the Gen Express sessions would be “with a man named Todd Elliott”? (He’s not mentioned in any of the shared documentation, and it seems the PDSB took pains to block out his name when responding to Chanel’s post.) What do we know about him?

(BTW, is a tweet now a Xeet, or what?).

Chanel is doing important work. There are many thing coming to light, initiatives that are being taken by school boards and schools, that are not overtly publicized, even if they are somehow 'public'. It isn't new for state actors to keep things on the down low.

Another shocking article. It is mind boggling to read about this How is it possible for a board of education to promote and encourage gender dysphoria in children. The responsible people behind the curtain definetly need shock therapy. This vice principal should be first in line.

There is a movement by school boards to lower the age at which students can engage in "counselling" to age 12 from 18 (previously where parent consent and collaboration were previously seen as something necessary and positive. Not all mental health practitioners in the schools support this, but there is the ideological fringe who often aren't parents themselves, who think parents are the problem and have a saviour complex. This vocal minority of school staff have such disdain for parents as an obstacle to be removed. "They don't own the kids" is their refrain about parents. Yes, and neither do you!

Their job is to educate. That's it. The rest is at home. Now with a multigender washroom in the high school (that we can't go in), I need to worry that my son can go in there with a girl on school time with a girl for a quicky.
