NB Sex-Ed Review, Drag Camp for Kids: & Trans Cry-bullies: One-Trick Bronies
A Weekly Report on the Canadian Gender Wars - May 12, 2023 Vol 15
By
- Reluctant ActivistWe have a light peeking through gray clouds this week in the CGW Report and a request for your help as momentum builds and ratios flip against the cult in Canada. Over the last couple years, small organizations have been forming across the country. Pockets of resistance. Those groups are now numerous, and gaining momentum and I will share some secrets in my call for help and action at the end of this piece today.
When I began this weekly report earlier this year, it was because news in the gender wars hitting mainstream had reached a few stories a week and deserved a summary. Today, I can’t possibly cover everything going on across Canada.
This week, friend Rupa Subramanya calls for Conservatives to speak out in the National Post, perhaps getting the memo, New Brunswick Education Minister, Conservative Bill Horgan, is allegedly gutting the sex ed curriculum and reviewing how gender ideology is taught in schools—the highest ranking Canadian politician, and the only provincial cabinet minister so far to take measures to open the discussion.
I cover the Rainbow Mafia’s attempted theft of Mother’s Day at a Toronto school, and the floundering attempts of a BC organization trying to sell drag summer camp for pre-teens.
And, what week would be complete without some narcissistic drama from Fae Johnstone crying victim tears, making evidence-free assertions in the Toronto Star late Thursday, alleging “a staggering rise in anti-2SLGBTQIA+ hate. Hate-motivated violence targeting our community has been on the rise since 2018.” with Donald Trump-level hyperbole, “I was subjected to what was likely the most concentrated online hate campaign targeting a trans person in Canadian history.”
Remember:
Hate in wokish means: “Disagreement; Criticism or; Not caving to my unreasonable demands”
Violence in Wokish means: “Words I don’t like.”
A couple weeks ago I wrote a piece on social media ratios. When comments outnumber likes on Twitter by 4:1 it means it’s unpopular. Below also note, the like ratio, at 0.25% or 1 in 400 people tells the damning story of where public opinion rests - and its not with the writer or the paper here.
Ordinarily real men tend to stoicism, rather than crying about meanies because it’s unmanly to whine, but many men who identify as women steal license to not only appropriate womanhood, and to caricaturize women in the most stereotypical ways, but they sometimes act out the worst, most immature tactics of female aggression and toxic pathologies. In the case of Brian, or whatever his dead name was, becoming his true self revealed what a pathetic man he is. I’m reminded of another misogynist, Bill Cosby, and one of his jokes from the 80s.
“Sir, why do you do cocaine?”
“I hear it intensifies your personality”
Cosby: "Yes, but what if you’re an asshole?”
Fae transing might just have been license to express his true personality.
Far-left-Fae minimized the actions of a Toronto District School attempting to spay Mother’s day celebrations in his tweets this week. Saying this was just one school and no-one was taking away Mother’s Day, but if you’ve been following for a while, you’ll know this is just gaslighting.
The woke have colonized Halloween, Thanksgiving, Canada Day and Valentines day. It’s only logical that Mother’s day will soon be “Birthing Parent Day” to not hurt Fae’s feewings. Toronto Star it seems, will gladly put up an opinion piece that says anything less would be hate.
Radical Rainbow activists, and the legacy media are mobilizing around a narrative in New Brunswick this week with almost as much hysteria as Fae Johnstone in the Toronto Star, as Education Minster Bill Horgan calls for a review of bill 713 and removes some decision making powers from district education councils. I’m told protestors planning events for this weekend are fiddling with sharpies at kitchen sign-making parties, and promising a turnout of hundreds to demand the right to continue shoving the rainbow doctrines down children’s throats without accountability.
“I want to ensure that the rights are protected and that when we’re teaching our curricula parents are informed and that we’re not going places that children are not developmentally prepared to be,” he told reporters.” Bill Horgan, NB Education Minister: (Global News)
Rumors seem to be that the directives are coming from the Premiere, Blaine Higgs’s office, but as of the moment the ed minister is running point as the highest ranking elected official in Canada expressing any reserve about gender indoctrination of children in public schools - one hopes, scrying the legal jargon of proposed Bill 98 in Ontario, put forward by education minister Stephen Lecce, that they are putting the framework in place to restrict certain practices in schools in Ontario, but so far Lecce hasn’t gone anywhere near the topic overtly.
With school nearing an end and summer approaching rapidly we go west. Vancouver’s Carousel Theater is promoting it’s summer programs in pride-progress colours to a monochrome response from parents. Everyone seems to think drag for kids is a like a new shiny toy, but according to long-time political organizer Stuart Parker, of the Los Altos Institute, a small BC thinktank, registration is lackluster.
Parker shared with me that he believes that there is a lot of grant funding on the line for the Carousel Theatre and, since the alphabet activists only have one strategy to get attention, they are using cries of victimization, pointing to hateful bullies to raise awareness.
Even if I was a prog parent from False Creek or Kitsilano, I’m not sure I’d want to have my kids walk through protests to get to their summer activities.
One week camp for 7-11’s in July to train kids to clown as women, a mere $460.
I have been talking to many behind the scenes since I ran for School Trustee last fall in Ottawa. I spoke with Parker and others from various organizations about the evolving need for a national umbrella group to unite the voices of Gender Criticals across the country. (This is the secret I promised) and we’re getting closer and closer.
The idea being, that like some of the far left organizations, that we have a board of directors representing leadership of different groups gather around a table, hammer out a list of principles we can all agree on, and then use a united voice to get the attention of policy makers and other institutions.
A new umbrella organization, respecting the initiatives, autonomy and views of constituent groups, could then develop a communication strategy for media and government.
This week I’m looking for insights and connections inside institutional churches and Christian denominations who are holding the line against wokism. An anonymous Catholic Teacher sent me fantastic resources for helping to peak people to action, and having religious organizations sign on to our national Gender Critical board is an important part of raising a united voice against gender ideology.
Next week: a Call for a National Day of Action (DOA) June 9th and the launch of www.parentsrightsDOA.ca with more details.
The biggest question I’ve heard from people in the last few months is: “But What do we do about it?” Well, we’re inviting people to do SOMETHING all across Canada in four weeks.
By the way, a bronie is a male fetishist who identifies as a “My Little Pony,” they are subsets of other furries, LARPers (Live Action Role Players) and fantasy cosplay characters. So far their brony-self pronouns are not protected under human rights legislation and I have no idea if they play cry-bullies like Fae Got-stones, or the Vancouver Carousel Theatre.
Send me your stories, ideas, introductions and connections.

There are definitely government dollars involved.. at all levels. Here you can see the federal, provincial, and city logos on the Carousel Theatre's site:

Summer drag camps for kids. What could possibly be wrong with that. Apparently nothing if you subscribe to the Theatre of the Absurd. Perhaps the exposure could inspire another Mrs. Doubt Fire or Dame Edna. The possibilities are endless and none of them beneficial to young impressionable minds. As Arthur Schopenhauer once said:
There is no absurdity so palpable but that it may be firmly planted in the human head if you only begin to inculcate it before the age of five, by constantly repeating it with an air of great solemnity.”
